Welcome to the Westminster Manor Banquet House. I am Chef/Proprietor Daniel Lyons. I hope you find our website helpful in seeing what we have to offer you. Whatever your budget is, I myself, as the Proprietor, can customize your menu needs to fit your budget. Please review our menu selections and view our photo gallery, below.
The Westminster Manor Banquet House is a charming Tudor style house displaying all the charm of the Victorian era. Beautiful English Mahogany wood graces the interior, and decorative brickwork highlights the 3 fifteen foot fireplaces located throughout the Manor. You will find three rooms inside the Manor - the club lounge area, the main formal dining room and the buffet dining room. The imported stained glass windows, and the Victorian style artwork, floral arrangements and decor all enhance the 18th century architecture of the Manor.
Proprietor Daniel Lyons is a Master Chef, graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in New York. He served his apprenticeship at the Omni International Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia and has worked as Garde Manager and Banquet/Pastry Chefs in 4 and 5 star hotels including the Hyatt Regency in Atlanta and Newport Beach. He was the opening Banquet Chef of the Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel. During Chef Lyons working Chef Hotel days he prepared 7 course sit down/buffet dinners for President Carter in Atlanta and President Ronald Reagan in California.
In his 30 year culinary career Chef Lyons has prepared and coordinated events for such notables as Princess Grace, Peter Benchley, Charlton Heston and The "Dynasty" Set Staff. Additional culinary catering events have included the TVland Awards, MTV Music Awards and the Fox Television Network Executives Awards Night. Westminster Manor was recently the host facility for an episode of ABC's Home Improvement Show, and Chef Lyon has made several appearances on the Food Network station. Chef Lyons is pleased to offer his expertise in planning your special celebration at the Westminster Manor.
On Saturday, July 11th of 2009, The Westminster Manor invites you to view our Banquet House and have a complimentary lunch prepared by myself, plus meet my culinary and waiter staff. Reservations are a must, as we fill up quickly. Four complimentary lunches per guest invitation would be appreciated. Please call me to make reservations at (714) 895-1171. The hours are 11:00 am to 4:00 pm for viewing, and lunch is served from 11:30 to 2:00 pm.
The Manor is open for viewings 7 days a week, from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, if you wish to view the Manor prior to July 11th, 2009. Please call to schedule an appointment.
To celebrate our 20th year in operation, any guest who books a reservation at the Manor on July 11, 2009 during our open to the public luncheon, will receive a beautifully decorated wedding cake free of charge, compliments of Chef Daniel Lyons.

We are a full service catering company specializing in all areas of cuisines. The Westminster Manor will customize all menus to fit within any budget you might want for your event. We will suggest menu ideas and offer a complete price package to include tables, chairs, chair covers, overlays, glassware and culinary foods. We offer distinctive and professional event planning assistance, and will work with you to coordinate your whole party - from a customized menu to table settings, florist, DJ, and photographer.
We specialize in all areas of culinary cuisine, and can offer you a variety of menu options, as well as customized menus to fit within your budget. Complete wedding packages are also available that include hors d'oeuvres, buffet or served menu, wedding cake, linens, tables, chairs, table setting and service personnel.
You can host your celebration at The Westminster Manor, or have us cater your event at the many other facilities throughout Southern California that we use on a regular basis, or have us cater your party at your home, backyard, boat, or park. We travel - your place or ours, wherever or whatever the occasion!
