Jason's love affair with food began at an early age - with Mom providing the direction and passion for freshly prepared, creative cuisine. All of his menu items are made with only the finest ingredients - he prepares his own sauces, roasts his own garlic, blends his own spices, and finishes every creation with his own special flair.

With over 20 years in the hospitality business and 10 years as a professional Chef and Caterer, Jason Kordas has the expertise to stage a total culinary event, from artistic displays to exciting exhibition cooking to impeccable service.

It isn't difficult to create a great meal for 2 people - the test of a true professional is to create a great meal for 800 guests. I prepare my dishes to order, emphasizing consistent quality and artistic presentation.

My Brides and Grooms have great flexibility in planning their receptions - menus can be customized for any style of cuisine and to fit any type of budget. I always try to provide more than what's on paper. It's those extra touches that turn a reception into a truly special event.
